Hi, I’m Kelly, the founder of Different Minds Holiday Club.

As a mum to an autistic daughter, I really found it difficult to find an appropriate environment during school holidays where my daughter, Maisie, could look forward to having a fun day away from home. One day I thought, if I can’t find anywhere why not create somewhere where Maisie and others like her could have fun times during the school holidays. from that small idea Different Minds was born.

My mission is to provide a supportive and stimulating environment for children with additional needs to help develop their skills and abilities, build confidence and make new friends.

I believe every child deserves the opportunity to have fun, play, and access holiday clubs regardless of their abilities or disabilities. My team and I are committed to creating a safe and inclusive community where children can be themselves and thrive.

All staff at Different Minds  have undergone robust recruitment processes, including enhanced DBS checks, in line with national Safer Recruitment practices. The team are existing specialist SEN school staff (Teachers and TAs)
